Terms of Service

In case of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account, you must inform Ripper support immediately through our official ticket system.

Take all necessary precautions to protect your account. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Hardware ID (HWID) Locking: Ripper software licenses and scanner keys may be cryptographically bound to your specific hardware identifier (HWID) to prevent credential sharing and unauthorized multi-system access.

Remember that online transmissions can be insecure. It is always possible that information could be intercepted across unencrypted networks. Always protect your credentials and promptly report any security concerns.

Systematically retrieving or scraping any part of the Services to compile a database, cheat blacklist mirror, or directory without our consent.

Attempting to bypass or break any security mechanism on the Services or using the Services in any manner that poses a security or operational risk to Ripper or any of its users.

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, dumping, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Ripper Scanner (Ripper-AC), API endpoints, or database structures.

Self-testing cheats, hacks, injectors, bypasses, or obfuscation utilities with the intent of evaluating or evading detection by Ripper's scanner heuristics and YARA engines.

Assisting, contributing to, or collaborating with cheat developers, exploit vendors, or malicious software creators, whether knowingly or through negligence.

Attempting to tamper with, forge, or alter scan results, PIN verifications, hardware telemetry, process timestamps, or public report URLs.

Employing deceitful tactics or misleading staff and other users, particularly in attempts to obtain sensitive information, keys, or staff privileges.

Misusing our support ticket system or submitting fraudulent reports of abuse or false ban appeals.

Implementing automated scripts, bots, data-mining tools, or similar extraction technologies to interact with or overburden our server APIs.

Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening Ripper staff, analysts, or moderators involved in providing the Services.

Speaking ill of, tarnishing, or damaging the reputation of Ripper or the Services.

Sharing your Ripper Account with others or using a personal plan licence in a capacity intended for multiple users (e.g., sharing a single personal license among multiple staff members to replicate an enterprise plan).

Any misuse of the Services will result in immediate termination of access, permanent HWID blacklisting, and may subject you to legal action where deemed necessary by Ripper.

Sublicensing of the Services is prohibited without Ripper's express prior written consent, except as expressly provided under an authorized Enterprise Plan.

Personal Licences are restricted exclusively to a single designated individual and cannot be shared, rented, or sublicensed under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses in the event of suspected abuse or violation of these Terms.

For example, if your Enterprise Plan licence permits usage for 5 Users, you may sublicense to 4 other individual Ripper Accounts under your organization.

Each sublicensed account under an Enterprise Plan must be operated by a single, designated individual and is not to be shared among a group of people.

As the Enterprise leader, you are strictly responsible for ensuring that all sublicensed accounts adhere to these Terms and do not share their sublicensed access with unauthorized third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate indefinitely all associated sublicensed accounts in the event of suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.

The digital nature of our Products—being downloadable software, instantaneous cryptographic keys, and automated diagnostic services—means that they cannot be returned after purchase.

Extreme circumstances are defined strictly as follows:

1) The Product demonstrably fails to function on the compatible Windows device for which it was purchased, and you have rejected a technical Repair and Replacement offered by our support team.

2) The purchased license status or key was not assigned to your account and more than 24 hours have elapsed since the transaction was completed.

Digital Consumer Waiver: Outside these defined extreme circumstances, you acknowledge that under digital contract regulations, you are entitled to request a cancellation within 14 days of payment only if you have not waived your right by downloading our software or generating a PIN. Once the software has been downloaded, a key revealed, or a PIN generated, your right to a refund is permanently waived.

Hardware Blacklisting: The customer's hardware identifier (HWID), IP address range, and payment details will be permanently blacklisted across our network and partner anti-cheat networks to maintain platform integrity.

Legitimate refund requests processed through our official support protocol under Section 7 are not considered chargebacks. Customers are required to contact our Discord support team directly to resolve payment inquiries before filing disputes with payment providers.

The String Studio feature allows Users to create custom strings and heuristic rules for the purpose of detecting cheats. These custom strings operate in conjunction with Ripper's core engine and are exclusive to the creating User's account (or inherited by sub-accounts in Enterprise plans).

Ripper reserves the right to review, modify, utilize, or incorporate strings uploaded to the String Studio into broader platform detections. By uploading custom strings, you grant Ripper a worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable license to use, adapt, and incorporate such strings without limitation.

The Tool Designer enables Users to customize the visual branding and logo of the scanner tool. Users who replace default graphics with their own must ensure they possess full intellectual property rights to do so. Infringing on third-party copyrights will result in account termination.

Explicit Prohibition: Any images uploaded that contain sexual content, violence, hate speech, or illegal material will result in immediate termination of the Ripper Account and disclosure to competent legal authorities.

Forensic & Memory Inspection: The scanner performs deep in-memory and disk forensic analysis, inspecting active processes, loaded DLL modules, Prefetch records, Shimcache, Amcache, USN Journal traces, and system registry keys to detect unauthorized cheats, bypasses, and injected code.

Targeted Clipboard Buffer Inspection: The scanner evaluates active memory and temporary clipboard buffers strictly against known malicious cheat signatures, script commands, or payload URLs. In accordance with strict data minimization standards, any personal clipboard data not matching verified blacklisted cheat signatures is discarded immediately in memory and is NEVER stored, harvested, or transmitted to our servers.

Desktop Verification Capture: A single multi-screen verification screenshot is captured upon scan conclusion to document open diagnostic windows, active game instances, and anti-cheat compliance. Telemetry and captures are encrypted in transit over HTTPS and accessible solely via authorized report PINs.

Voluntary Execution: Execution of the scanner is entirely voluntary. However, refusal to execute or complete a requested diagnostic scan during competitive tournaments or screenshare (SS) audits may result in disqualification or sanctions by tournament organizers.

By participating in any remote session, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.

Ripper is not responsible for files, software, accounts, passwords, tokens, wallets, personal data, or system configurations present on your device during remote interactions.

Users are solely responsible for closing confidential applications, hiding sensitive personal information, and backing up important files before granting screen access or remote support.

Ripper is not liable for user mistakes, accidental deletions, account losses, third-party platform bans, damages, or hardware failures occurring during or after remote sessions.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and made accessible on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written notice containing:

1) A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder; 2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; 3) Exact URL or identifier of the allegedly infringing material; 4) Sufficient contact details (name, address, telephone, email); 5) A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized; 6) A statement under penalty of perjury that the notification is accurate.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Ripper will act promptly to review and remove or disable access to the infringing material. Notices should be submitted to our legal team via our official Discord support.

Limitation of Liability: All Ripper services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including hardware failure, competitive game bans, disqualifications, or data loss.

Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable commercial laws. Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the competent legal jurisdiction determined by Ripper.
